OUR PEOPLE
OUR RESPONSIBILITY
COME AS
YOU ARE.
Panke is an independent Sheffield space built around music, people and the different communities that use it. Give other people the same freedom you expect for yourself.
CONSENT
MATTERS.
Respect boundaries, personal space and privacy. Only yes means yes.
Harassment, intimidation, discrimination, unwanted touching, aggressive behaviour and deliberately spiking somebody's drink have no place at Panke. If somebody asks you to stop, stop.
LOOK AFTER
YOUR PEOPLE.
Check in with your mates. Don't ignore somebody who looks like they need help.
Keep an eye on your drink, don't accept an open drink from somebody you don't trust, take breaks and drink water. If somebody is unwell, stay with them and get a member of the Panke team or security.
TELL US.
If something feels wrong, speak to us.
You can approach bar staff, security or any member of the Panke crew. You don't need to have everything figured out before asking for help. If you witness behaviour that worries you, tell us too.
In an immediate medical emergency, call 999 or ask our team to call for help.
RESPECT THE
ROOM.
A good night depends on people being able to relax around each other.
Don't photograph or film somebody who doesn't want to be photographed. Respect performers, staff and other guests, and remember that different Panke events bring different communities into the same space.
DIFFERENT NIGHTS.
SAME RESPECT.
Music changes. Crowds change. The expectation doesn't: look after each other and help us keep Panke a place people want to come back to.
